Here are some resources related to my teaching activities.
This is an experiment-based course. The students are being familiarised with experimental physics, calculation of experimental errors and uncertainties, as well as writing a lab notebook and a research report and having a group presentation. I was demonstrating the experiment (laser diffraction) and involved in the preparation of the course (scope, goals, preparation of resources and marking scheme) assessing and marking the reports and presentation. Taught at The University of Manchester, Winter-Spring 2021.
This is an experiment-based course. The students carried out experiments that included AFM, STM, NMR, Spin Echo, Hall effect, Schockley-Haynes experiment, graphene characterisation, particle detector. Because of covid-19, demonstration was done remotely.
This is an experiment-based course. The students were given a programming project in Python. I was involved in marking weekly milestones and the final project. Taught at The University of Manchester, Autumn 2018 & Autumn 2019.
